Product: HP DeskJet 3635
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Hi, I purchased HP 3635 from middle east and i have relocated to India. I have cartridge incompatible issue. I followed social media support and did a regional reset. But still the cartridges are listed as incompatible. When i called service centre agents, they informed me that i should take my printer to them (quiet far from my town) to fix it and would cost me Rs.1300. Considering travel expense and charges, i would rather buy a new printer! Is there any other way to fix this ? if not i am not buying anymore HP products!

In this case you have to contact with hp representative or just buy ink cartridges for middle east, because of different numbers... check this site for compatibility:
