Product: HP Color Laser Jet Flow
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have added an HP Color LaserJet Flow E87640 to our Windows print server. We do not have a Letter size paper available in our region.  Therefore this needs to be removed from available paper sizes.  I have gone into printer properties and under the device, settings changed all tray sizes to A3 and A4. But under the general tab, I still see Letter, A3 and A4. 

 

I went into preferences, Printing shortcuts. Tried to change the paper sizes there. When I change the paper size for Factory defaults to A4 - EcoSMART setting changes to Letter. Same Visa Versa. 

 

I have checked the printers web interface and all trays are set to either A4 or A3 except the outer tray. 

 

I use HP PCL 6.6.0 driver.   How can I remove the letter size from available paper sizes?

Also, try accessing Printer Properties > Device Settings and check if a Letter paper size may be configured for your any tray there.

I checked that. I changed all trays to A4 and one is set to use A3
