Remplacer la tête d'impression T930 (Reinserrer-Repositionner)

 Bonjour

voila j'ai installé un traceur HP T930PS il ya un an

constat, il ya 6 couleurs, malheureusement le cyan-magneta et yellow sont pres que epuisés,

il ya 6 voyants sur le slot où on installe la tête d'impression, et les 3 voyants qui se trouvent sur le coté des couleurs cyan magneta et yellow clignotent sans arret. alors les 3 autres ne clignotent pas. ( tête d'impression=TI)

sur le panneau de commande lorsque j'appuis sur le icone remplacer la tête d'impression, et que j'appuis sur l'icone utilise une TI dejà utilisé, la TI se positionne pour le remplacement , en enlevant et remettant  la TI utilisée , il n'emet aucun beep pour indiquer que la TI est inserrer;  un message s'affiche sur le panneau me demandant de repositionner la TI.

lorsque j'annule le processus pour arrête le traceur en le reallumant le message affiché est reinserrer la TI.

 

j'ai 3 cartcouches cyan magneta et yellow  neuves mais qui expire en fin décembre 2017. je pourrais utiliser ces cartouches non utilisé meme au delà de la date d'expiration qui se trouve sur la cartouche.
