Replaced LC "faulty" cartridge with brand new one, same message "replace faulty cartridge" Any help to Fix??  I have turned off, restarted, Pulled the new cartridge and reseated, same message.

If the exact same message is showing up also with the brand new ink cartridge I think that there is a problem with the ink supply station, if you printer has an active HP contract then my recommendation is to contact HP but if the printer is out of warranty then I will suggest you contacting an Authorized service provider in your area by using this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/service-center

Thanks so much for the reply.  The printer is no longer under warranty and the nearest Service provider is 162 miles from us over the Continental divide.   We have to decided to just sell the printer As Is and close our studio.   Unfortunately during these trying times we do not have the financial ability to continue.
