Please Is there anyone who can assist me to fix my printer HP DesignJet T1700 series. I have bought new print heads but when I try to change the error message keep on appearing. Firstly, it was about one print head one I try to replace it, the error message is now appearing for 2 printheads.

Hello @15911
Shut down the printer and then open the printer's top cover and check the left side, there is a sponge which is the left spittoon, clean any excessive ink with paper towels once it looks cleaned, turn the printer on and if the msg still shows up so remove the printhead or printheads and clean the back and bottom of then, the bottom carefully then install them back.
If the printer takes the printheads make sure that it is running the latest firmware @hp.com
Regards.
