Request for firmware update for Design Jet T770 Printer (hard disk model)

HP Recommended
Printer: HP Design Jet T770

HP website lists firmware update available for hp designjet T770 (hard disk version).   However, no firmware appears in the list of availabel software.

 

Error message 47:01. Unpluged and shut down unit and restarted the printer and fed the paper back in and still received the error message 47:01.

 

Wanting to update the firmware to determine if that is the problem.

Ther firmware will not fix the problem, it will keep it from happening again.

If you had installed the firmware before the failure it might have prevented it.

The starwheel motor assembly needs to be replaced.
