Recently started at a new company and they are using smartTracker to track drawings printed to the various projects. The list of projects you can select from is from a CSV file that is linked into SmartTracker. For whatever reason the list is not updating when I add new project numbers to the CSV. When I go into SmartTracker to the Projects tab there is an option to import CSV, but when I go into this option it won't allow me to load a new CSV or do anything else. I'm currently logged into the system as an admin so I would think it would let me make the changes but it doesn't. I was thinking that maybe there's a different user I need to log in as in order to make these changes possible a system admin but I can't find any information about SmartTracker except the generic user guide. Anyway, if anyone has run into this and can shed some light on how to fix that would be great.
