HP PageWide XL 4000
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I connect directly to our PageWide XL 4000 and send a job, the window pops up to select the account from the drop-down. However, when I connect to the very same printer, using the very same driver, from the very same PC, but via a printer share instead, it bypasses SmartTracker and the jobs sit in the queue held for accounting. The printer share does have the "Render print jobs on client computers" selected. It behaves as though the SmartTracker Driver Add-on configures the "local" (networked) printer, but not the shared one. We deploy the shared printer through GPO and do not want to have to manually install it on every end user's machine. Having to manually do this with the Add-on is bad enough. Anyone have any ideas?
