Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was sent a file from my Architect that I wanted to print our.  Prior to trying to print this job, All of my Arch D prints printed out flawlessly.  Since then, all of my Arch D prints print our Portrait, or 24" wide v 36" regardless as to how I try to modify the Plot Orientation.  I can't seem to find a solution.
