HP Designjet T1120 44"

A customer sent me the attached drawing showing serious horizontal misalignment on a 44" T1120. I have never seen this bad of horizontal misalignment. Well, maybe once on an old 750C and I think I had to replace the scan axis motor or maybe had to perform an accuracy calibration as well as a printhead alignment.

Can this just be taken care of with a printhead alignment? I THINK maybe it can be. Or does this look symptomatic of something worse?

I am trying to go prepared.

Thanks for any input.t1120horizmisalign.jpg

Looks like a printhead alignment should fix this.
