T120 only printing the top right secion of the page

HP Recommended
DesignJet T120
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

This is not a issue of the entire document being printed tiny in the corner

So my T120 is only printing the top-right segment of a pdf page. The PDF drawing is set to be A1 and is scaling correctly on the printer.  But it's just not even attempting to print the bottom 3 quarters of the page. And after maybe only printing 1/8th of the width it just stops and cuts the paper.

If I change the scaling it either just gives me a smaller cut or prints a blank page.

The orientation is right on the little bit it prints, I've tried having print as image both on and off. I've tried older drivers as well as the most up-to-date.

My settings are as follows:

Basic Adobe Settings

Page and Size Handling = Fit

Orientation: Auto portrait/landscape

*The print preview is right, and the sizes above show 33.11 x 23.39 which is right

Adobe Page Setup:

Size = A1

Souce = Roll 1

Orientation: Portrait (If set to landscape the segment it prints is the wrong Orientation)

Printing Preferences:

Paper:

Document Size = A1

Print Quality = Fast

Max Application Res = Auto

Paper Source = Roll

Paper Type = User Printer Settings

Layout:

Orientation: Portrait (If set to landscape the segment it prints is the wrong Orientation)

Rotation = Automatic

Roll Width = From Printer

Margin = 5mm

With Margins = Standard

Borderless = False

Resizing Option = Fit to A1

Output:

Copies = 1

Collate = True

Page Order = Last Page on top

Horizontal Cutter = True

Remove Blank Areas = False

Color:

Output Color = Color

Color Management = Printer-managed colors

Default source RGB = sRGB

Advanced Print Setup:

Postscipt option = Greyed out

Color Management = Treat grays as K-only grays & Preserve Black

Simulate Overprint = True

N.B: Firmware Rev. depands on your printer last digit on Part Number like: CQ890A/B/C

Once complete the firmware update, then try to settings like below:

Hello,

as per your description about driver settings I believe that you have wrong driver installed.

this printer doesn't have any postscript feature, so it is strange that you can even see some options on the driver.

i would recomend to you to install latest PCL3 driver:

https://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-designjet-t120-printer/5263073

on the web you need to look for this file:

HP DesignJet T-Series PCL3 Driver

version                       61.181.21210.300

size                              4.6 MB

date                            Mar 6, 2018

Cheers and GL
