DesignJet T120
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, community,

I'm new to the large format printing world.  After setting up my new DesignJet T120 printer, I proceeded to print a Visio created drawing without success.  Prior to buying this printer, I skimmed some of the threads in this community just to get my feet wet.  With some of the information from the threads, I feel confident with how I configured the printer settings (to print the Visio drawing).  However, printing wirelessly, always rout itself back to my HP Officejet Pro 8600 (which is on the same network as the HP DesignJet T120).

Does this sound like a familiar issue?  If so, can you please explain to me what am I doing wrong and how to correct my error(s)?

I'm grateful for your input.

My problem was solely an improperly installed driver.  As I have been in the IT sector for 20+ years, this is a feather in the cap for me.  So, If you are reading this thread in search of answers for the same problem, try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers for the printer.
