T1300 Willnot initialize

HP Recommended
T1300
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have replace the formatter on the T1300 because the old one had a bad ethernet port.  Now it will not get past the 1% initialize.  I used the same old hard drive.  Suggestions.  HP wants over 2K to come look at it.

Please remove the all cable except power cable. Then remove the formatter board on the printer left back site and clean the slot for connecting port.... Then set the board.... And check it..... If not Then Goto diagnostic mode then perform the EPROM reset..... Once completed please check what happened...if not please try to recover Hard-drive perform..... If not progress.... Update the latest firmware.... Then try... If not solved.... Please share the screen short on the display error with share the formatter board LED status.....

I have replaced the formatter board with an HP original board.  I used the original HDD on the new board and that is when the problems started.  The only problem with the old board was the ethernet connection went bad.

Make sure you have the correct Revision of Formatter installed. Certain revisions required the Formatter and HDD be replaced together.
