Is there supposed to be a fan on the service station of the T2300? Mine does not have one, but there is a spot for one and I see them in repair videos. Perhaps not all models require them?

I believe that the fans were dropped back in the 800 series days and were never used again. If the fan was missing and supposed to be there you would get a service station fan error on the screen
