I have not gone to the site yet, but was sent a picture.

 

@davidzuts have you seen this issue?

 

@Mikeg81 any suggestions?

 

My first thought was a defective trailing cable, but I am also considering the Formatter...

 

I have asked the user to print some internal pages and see if they show the same problem.

This Looks More like a Encoder or a Formatter Issue

Might be an issue with File Processing also
