T3500 Packet Loss

HP Recommended
DesignJet T3500
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

We recently purchased a DesignJet T3500 and have yet to successfully print any larger multi-page PDFs to it.

The issue began when we noticed multi-page PDFs we sent would create more than one job in the queue. 20 or so pages would spool and then start printing before the entire job had been sent. Upon printing the first 20 pages, the next job would start printing from the beginning of the set and continue for X number of pages. Then there would be 3 or more single page jobs that would follow. Even with multiple jobs appearing from a single submission, not every page would print, and many were duplicates.

When pinging the plotter, the results are inconsistent, but there is always a significant amount of packet loss (>20%).

We've tried different drivers/ports/switches/settings to no avail. No other device in this office has an issue, including other printers.

Has anyone seen this behavior before? Any recommendations for resolving this?
