Product: T520
Hello,
We have a DesignJet T520 24" at our shop that has been working flawlessly for years. Recently, it's started to require restarting to print from certain computers. On both PC's, it'll spit out an error that says: "Error printing on DesignJet T520", we'll restart the plotter, and it'll print the document just fine. From my PC, the plotter works every time and I set mine up through the basic Printer settings on the computer, nothing fancy.
I'm fairly tech savvy and have tried all I can think of:
- Uninstall and reinstall
- Uninstall and reinstall with HP software
- HP Print & Scan Doctor
- Restarting internet router
- Firewall rules
- Resetting printer settings to default
- Resetting network settings to default
- Checking for firmware updates
Does anyone else have any deeper troubleshooting steps I could try?
