Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Not sure what triggered it, but went from amazing quality to this garbage overnight. Tried to reboot, change ink cartridges. Doesn't seem like a bad printhead would make this happen. went from crisp b/w to this craziness.

Any ideas? Printed from 2 different computers and wont align printheads from menu.  Could this be a printhead?
Thank you ! IMG-7620.JPG

If you run the print quality test from the control panel how does it look? Sometimes hard to tell with samples if direction of travel is not indicated but it looks like some print head elements are not firing.

Thank you for response-feom print quality test:  printheads wont align and ink is super light, fuzzy and faded.  The multiple images is what throws me- would a print head just suddenly go from crisp images to  bad lines, multiple images and faded?
Maybe a new print head would fix it- but hate to spend $280 and find out it’s something else- thoughts?

If you cannot align it could be an issue with the line sensor which is mounted on the carriage. I have seen cases where ink builds up on the sensor.
