Product: DesignJet T520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My T520 36" printer will load 24" rolls, but not 36" rolls.

It says that the paper can not be detected, when the head gets about 2/3 of the way across.

Same paper as the 24" roll.

Multi-sheet feeder works OK.

You most to do upgrade the firmware.
