Product: T320
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The cutter on the T530 is catching the paper on the return and making the paper turn sideways.  It was working fine but has just started doing it.  Any suggestions on how we can fix this? We have taken the cutter out to see if there is anything stuck on it but there does not appear to be so.  Thanks

Check that the roll of paper is loaded in the correct direction of rotation.
