T730 multisheet feeder won't load paper.

Just to calrify. You can hear the rollers engage, but it doesn't pull the paper down so the error message comes up saying there is no paper loaded. It actaully only worked for a few months after I purchased the printer then quit. I mainly print off rolls so it's not a huge problem, byt the point is that it should work. I have removed the feeder and checked for obstructions. but none found.

Is it still under warranty? If yes, create a case at support.hp.com and get it repaired. If out of warranty, check for any paper guides that are out of place.
