Product: HP DesignJet T730 36-in Printer

Hello!

Our T730 has recently a constant fault:

It occurs not only while printing from a computer but also with the demo pages or status reports.

It will print three passes, then aborts and retracts the paper (roll) but does not coil it back up.

The error message is (translated): "The printer could not automatically remove the paper. Remove paper manually to continue."

The is no paper jam. The unit is clean.

Newest firmware. Did a factory reset.

It loads to paper ok and feeds back the proper width.

I am grateful for any hint on where to look.
