Dear technicians,

the ink tubes get stuck with their bottem edge on the lower edge of the U shaped gray plastic rail on the left front side of the printer, when the carriage drives to the left. So the carriage gets stuck on the tubes because the tubes don't lay correctly in the u-shpaed rail, you know.

This causes error 86:01. I can push the tubes a little bit around so it will work 2 or 3 times but then same problem again.

I could remove the gray plastic rail and saw off the lower side, so the tubes can't get stuck there.

But has anyone an easier repair suggestion?

Has anyone encountered this?

Thank you.
