Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please assist Plotter main screen is stuck on HP logo half way through a print and now the plotter is not doing anything. We unplugged everything and plugged everything back in but still no change only the HP logo on Home screen.

Hello @LVCD 

 

Unfortunately there is no more steps to try, the printer needs service, my suggestion is to contact either HP if case the printer has any type of warranty but if not then to contact a service provider in your area.
