Designjet z3100ps GP Photo
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just got this photo printer on the cheap, and the matte black started to leak during the shipping process home.. (forgot to take the ink out..) I have disassembled it entirely and the leak is coming from the red ink line down from the cartridge holder, the machine recognizes the cart but says it’s empty. After pulling a ton of ink into the printer, I am holding the assembly that the ink flows through and I just don’t understand It honestly.

Possibly a failed ink supply system and perhaps the reason it was so cheap. You need to determine exactly where the ink is leaking from and replace that component.
