Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Plotter is completely operable just the squeal coming out of the roll2 feeder where as in comparison roll1 feeds without the squeal.

I have seen cases where people slam the paper onto the spindle and break the holder, forcing it out of place which results in grinding sounds. Try swapping spindles if they are the same to see if the noise follows.
