Product: Plotter Designjet 500

Hi everybody,

I got the error 11:11 on the plotter mentioned.

 

Looking on different web sites sellers I got this code part C7770-60274, but reading the service manual the code should be C7769-60274.

 

Can anyone please tell me which is the right code to order?

The part number starting with C7770 is for the 42" model, the part number starting with C7769 is for the 24" model.
