Product: Hp officejet 8022

Hello my name is Tharishan and my printer is new and I haven't touched for a while and now I tried to go to the apps on the printer and it said internal processing error. So I factory reset my printer and now I have to update the apps and I click on it and it says update unsuccessful. Pleas someone help me.
