DesnignJet T2500

I work for an Enterprise Organization with a multi-level HelpDesk team.  This plotter was set up several years ago and we use static IP addresses.  The vendor came in at the time of delivery and setup and worked with the client group and gave a brief training. The plotter has moved locations in the building and the IP address has changed.  It has not been used for some time.  I'm unable to change the IP address information or reset to Factory Default settings as I get a prompt asking for logon id and password on the printer display panel.  I'm  not able to change any setting what so ever.  The client group assigned to this does not recall the password and any known usual password for our organization does not work.  I'm looking for a way to reset the printer so that the client's can use it.

Have you tried contacting the vendor, we record the passwords if we supply for the client.
