Product: HP Designjet T1200
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We are new and Bought a used Designjet T1200 But the display screen comes up white when we power on. Please help us to get running and moving. Help us to figure this out ?

Here's a link to the T1200 service manual.  Page 55 has an explanation of what to look for if the control panel is blank.

Have you checked at www.LPScomputer.com?  If you ask them, they can make sure you get the correct hard drive with firmware loaded and ready.
