What's the largest file size you've been able to print on DesignJet T830? How large can the printer handle before we get into a danger zone of crashing it?
Hi there! I'm attempting to print a small roll of wrapping paper on the DesignJet T830, somewhere between 24-36 inches wide and maybe 100-150 inches long (I'm not necessarily married to this size if a different size works better). The problem I keep running into is the file size of such a large sheet of paper overwhelms and usually crashes the printer. For example, in trying to print a 24x100in sheet with a 8.8GB file size, the system crashed. I'm wondering if anyone might have had a similar experience and might know what the max file size this printer can handle is? I'm trying to get the size down as much as I can without losing quality but having a specific number to shoot for would be helpful. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

what file format are you using, which driver are you using?
