When DesignJet T650 starts to print I have to manually keep the paper tight on the 36" roll with my fingers. If I do not keep the paper tight on the roll the T650 will only print 3" and stop printing. The following message appears on the printer screen:

"Roll Problem"

"The roll cannot be automatically unloaded. Rewind the roll manually, and then try again."

If I keep the paper tight on the roll for the first 4 inches the printer will print the whole 24" x 36" page.
