Were you able to get it fixed? Same issue with a different ink cartridge and I'm stuck....

Yes I had to get an engineer to come out. They replaced a part and they think the bag was broken inside the ink cartridge so that was replaced and the error was removed. I had Artsystems come out and cost around £400 for the part and labour.
