HP Recommended

I've recently started getting a white or light streak across the top of my wide format prints on my Z6810.  It only happens in the first inch or so of the print and doesn't happen again - until the next print.  I've cleaned and aligned the print heads - but I'm at a loss.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
