Why is there two differnt types of ink cartridges for the T790 designjet?

You have for each colour 2 different cartridges, one contains 69 ml of ink and other 130 ml of ink. 

 

C9397A HP 72 69-ml Photo Black Ink Cartridge

C9370A HP 72 130-ml Photo Black Ink Cartridge
