T520-36
macOS 11.0 Big Sur

The ink cartridge on a T520-36 is stuck on the right side of the printer after removing a jam paper. Doesn't want to move back to the left. Printer was unplugged etc... Nothing is happening. Thx.

Check carefully to make sure that the carriage drive belt is not become unseated or that the idle pulley has not broken. I have dealt with a couple of models where the idler gear, on the right hand side of the belt fails, locking the belt in place. You will tell if the white pulley is at an extreme angle not straight like the picture below
