Z3100 86:01 new discovery

HP Recommended

This afternoon & the printer prompted me to clean the ink drop box & maintenance...

So I moved the carriage box to the left & shut off printer. I cleaned the top, then unscew it , but

could not remove it, because it was connected inside. so I put it back & scewed it.

When it power on & carriage box moved to right, but stopped before return to far right.

            86:01 error...

So I turned offpower & unscrew it & put it back..  few times, still no luck. it really scared me.

Last time I unscrewed it & moved the little box higher &  put it little deeper . then all   OK... big relieve.

This problem ,    the carriage box could not return to far right & something on service station block it, which

caused by the improper position of ink drop box       inside part ,     not the screw side ...

I learned another lesson & hope you too ...
