Z5200
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a Z5200 designjet that will not print the correct colors. When I print a diagnostic print the light magenta/light cyan and photo black/light grey will not print.  I have replaced the print heads and ink cartridges it did not resolve the issue. When I try to calibrate the printheads I get an error message "calibration cancelled due to scanning problems". Please let me know what you think will help resolve my issue. Thank  you!

After changing printheads/cartridges, are you able to print the diagnostic page again to see if the new heads are working?

I don't work for HP....I just repair their printers.

           - The printheads will still not print the colors. I have tried to align the printheads and the scanner consistently has problems. I'm wondering if it can be fixed at all.

After attempting to do a EEROM reset the system stil has a calibration cancelled due to scanning problem error message. I have used different ink cartridges and printheads what else can I do to resolve this issue?
