Product: Z5400
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

Help! I setup my Z5400 printer just about 3 years ago and ever since I have not been able to remember what password i put in when I set it up. Can anyone tell me how I can go about wiping out that password? Or resetting it while not knowing what I have in there?

HP Recommended

Not 100% sure but using the attached instructions enter service mode and then scroll to the option to reset access and see if that helps.
