HP DesignJet Z6200 60-in Photo Printer

After replacing the carriage belt the carriage jams when printer is starting. How can I solve this problem. I want to do a calibration but the key combination from the service manual is not working.

Any tip ore solution is welcome.

Does the carriage move smoothly if you manually move it? Where is the carriage when it hangs up. I would check the service station and also ensure that the rear pushing was installed properly.

HI,

The carriage moves smooth bij his first run. The second run it stops abrupt.

Make sure you have the belt fitted correctly...by that I mean the ribs on the belt must marry up with the gear on the drive motor...and also make sure it is positioned so that the metal clip on the belt is not restricting movement...
