I have blue screen in designjet T830 the error code is: b84f6a36 any suggestions.

When does the error occur? When printing on is it permanent, meaning appears when you restart the machine? The exact error does not show in any of the service documentation that I have available. Likely contacting HP support and opening a case would be the best route for something like this.
