i'm from malaysia and buying designjet t530 from HP saller last year. When i change a black cartridge number 711B, the printer cannot accept that ink. That printer only need cartridge number 711 but HP not sell that cartridge in this country. Can anyone help me?

What is the product number of  your printer, there should be a model number on the same sticker as the serial number. Could be a regionalization issue.
