The 21.2 errors are related to the carriage not being able to move the full length of travel. Common causes

 

1. paper jammed under the carriage,

2. The wire bail on the printhead cover not seated properly after a head change

3. failed carriage drive belt. I have seen the idler pulley on left side of carriage fail, or the belt shred and get wrapped around the idler. Open the window and look at the left end of the carriage belt.
