Product: deskjet 3510 e-all-in-one series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My printer won't print out the "test" pages correctly. It'll print out the color portion but completely leave out the black wording. I printed out just a plain typed document and it came out fine but I can't get the claim code because it won't print out from the printer itself. I'm thinking maybe its just an old printer and sat for a long time. The ink levels are fine, by the way. I can't figure out the issue.
