Product: HP DesignJet T830 24-in Multifunction Printer

Good day, My Printer HP DesignJet T830 24-in Multifunction Printer having an issue in scanning a original document in scanner lid. I already put an original document in scanner lid and already feed in scanner. but the monitor of the printer is not detecting the original doc. what sensor is not working?
