My HP70 C9406A printhead has died and is in warranty until 11/18.

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get to HP to ask for a replacement. I have no idea where I bought it.

The "contact HP Customer Support" link at https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/identify/noresults?q=HP70 forces you to enter a product number or serial number, neither of which is recongnized by the system. So that's a dead end.

None of the phone numbers I've found on Google and the dismal HP support website get me anywhere.

I'm in the US.

My frustration is running about 1000km deep right now.

If you don't have proof of purchase, and you don't know where you bought it, you will hardly get warranty replacement printhead.

The easiest way to end your frustration is to buy a new printhead.
