hp 500 dj stampa a quattro colori per un po, poi stampa a tre colori

plotter hp 500 designjet inizia a stampare regolarmente, poi stampa senza magenta come se non arrivasse inchiostro.Se lo riaccendo l'indomani ripete  la stessa procedura. Come se utilizzasse  il colore che ha lentamente ricaricato  e quando lo finisce non riesce a ricaricarne altro a sufficienza.
