Product: designjet 130nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have an old printer well i have two designjet 130nr and both have roll feed devices that have stopped working, Ive read that its a common fault wondering if there's a common fix or something that's easy to replace realise its old so doubt many people will reply just never know. in the NW of England would pay for a fix.

There are a couple of possible sensors that can cause the problem. Does it not feed at all or does it keep rolling paper out. Do you get any warning lights or numbers?
