if nothing work, take out all printheads & restart the printer.... when prompt & insert printhead one by one... then see

what happen...

Lately I saw many problems with air bubbles in the ink tubes....... use syringe?   & draw out the air first.....

Hello

Have you managed to resolve your issue and how? I have same problem.

Used 2 new printheads and both have not been recognised by printer.

If you read bar code on the head, new reads CHW, old reads AHR. Had one old used head that also have AHR code on it and was recognised by printer but is dryed up and cant be used.

Is there anything "new" it this printheads that will make us replace whole printer, @HP?

Thanks

I solved the problem by installing an old printerhead from another plotter, and then I bought a new one in Germany. I had to buy 4 printerheads for one to work. HP does not want to admit that it produced printerhead with the wrong code.

There is definitely something wrong with new printheads!!!
After installing 10 years old head, printer works normally.

@HP WAKE UP AND FIX THIS!

Do you really expect us to replace our normaly working printers?

Hello @

Will it be possible to do firmware update by myself without any special tools or cables on HP DJ 510?

Will HP fix chips on new printheads so will won't have to do firmware update?

Thanks
