Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

i have recently purchased the t525 large format printer but finding out it wont print the full 242 of the roll it only prints have my image i am trying to print a paper banner and i do settings to fit to page etc but it dont make no difference i am wasting aa lot of media trying to get it to print the full image
